The following information are for Participating teams who are arranging to ship boats and gear to the venue for the SEA Games. Please follow the following instructions in order to prevent problems shipping and accessing the gear at the venue.

* Subic Bay Yacht Club has arranged to help the SEA Games Sailing Committee with the logistics for Boats and Gears, as well as providing their sports and sailing facilities at Subic, and thus the main venue for the sport of sailing in Subic.

2.Click the appropriate link
3.Enter your ORIGIN, DESTINATION and COMMODITY
4.Click SEARCH

If no results are found, you can get a quote from rate group by using the MAIL RATE REQUEST. This is a direct link on the rate page. By submitting this form, you will receive a quote in return via email.

To check on the schedules, they can follow these steps using www.maersksealand.com
a. From the homepage, Under Container Shipping Worldwide, you will see FIND SCHEDULE
b. Type the loadport or starting point (e.g. 'Singapore') in the 'FROM' field.
c. Type the discharge port or destination point (e.g. 'Subic') in the 'TO' field.
d. Press 'Find'
e. This will bring you to search results - a listing of next departures schedules and transit times.

Maersk Subic charge the following additional fees aside from the shipping fees.

a.       Handling Charge - more or less Php 5,100.00 for 40 ft container
b.      Documentation Fee – USD 20.00
c.       Service Charge – USD 15.00
d.      Trucking Fee – Php 2,000.00
