next 10 years (1972 - 1982) saw Pastor Bel's pursuit
of this track when he served as Associate General Secretary

City, then became the focus of Pastor's Bel's energies
as he pastored the church for seven years (1982 - 1989;
Note: DBC is the mother church from which DCBC was established
as an outreach project in 1975). Pastor Bel continued
on to serve as the 1st Filipino & Asian President

1989 to December 2005.
